What’s different about us? Firstly, our fees. Dezeen Recruit charges a flat rate of just 10 per cent of the first-year salary of any candidate we successfully place. That’s around half of what the old-school agencies charge.

Our online magazine, www.dezeen.com, is the most popular and influential design website on the planet while www.dezeenjobs.com, is the most vibrant jobs board for the sector, with a database of over 30,000 talented candidates.

How can we help employers? We’ll help you find the right candidate for your role. Our first step is to find out more about your company and the specific role you’re recruiting for. We’ll then search for suitable candidates using our extensive database of jobseekers and industry contacts.
We then assess each candidate’s CV and portfolio to identify the ones that best match your requirements. We will speak to every candidate, either in person or on the phone, before passing their details on to you.
If you hire one of the candidates put forward, we’ll invoice you (subject to our terms and conditions). If you don’t, you don’t owe us anything.

How can we help jobseekers? We know how frustrating it can be dealing with traditional recruitment agencies or firing off endless applications via jobs boards.
Dezeen Recruit cuts out the hassle. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll compare your details with employers’ requirements each time a vacancy arises, and contact you if we think there might be a good match. We’ll then discuss the role with you and, if we think you could be right for the job, we’ll forward your details to the employer and suggest they interview you.
